Any recommendations on a european zwave equivalent of this:

Basically, I want to zwave my electric water heater and obviously don’t want to use a 3 pin appliance module to do this !!

Or should I just get some x10 units and a vera-> x10 gateway device ?? (Insteon not an option - I’m in the UK).
