Error: no session token

I have had new my veralite working for a couple of days, but now when I try and go to the local UI, I get this error message:
Error: no session token

Hi Joeko,

Try to clear your browser cash and cookies and see if this will fix your problem.

Bests,

  • Andrei -

I got the same error message whether I try to log on localy at home, or from outside my wifi network on my iPhone.

Update - After a few hours, the problem went away on its own, but I still want to know the cause, in case it happens again.

I have the same problem after a few days of use. I tried power cycle the controller, cleared all cache, still not working. Hope it will work after some time as you said.

Same here. I can’t get in from home or work. Anybody figure out a solution to this one?
Tony

I am getting a ‘No Session Token’ error every time I try to login to my VeraLite controller through getVera website. I also cannot login to the controller locally either. I enter the IP and get a blank screen. The controller seems to be working fine though as I am getting all the notifications. I did reboot the controller several times, deleted all the browser history and cookies but nothing.
Please help.

Error: no session token”

I have chatted with micas support with no resort. However, mine just came back. It took more than a few hours as joe has mentioned though. Not sure what happened. I was able to log in to the unit directly via the ip address when this happened. The IP changes from time to time but will be within a limited range. You can do this by trial and error.

Update - Just got an email from Micasa support saying that their system admin has found the problem and resolved it. I think that’s why it just started to work again. I am asking them what was the problem and what they have done to fix it. Will post when I get a reply.

Just got an email from Customer Support that their admin fixed the issue and that I should be able to log in again. I dint have the access for many hours and concerned that this could happen. I have asked them why it happened and if there is anything we can do to prevent it. I will update the post once I get their response.

Hi,

did customer support ever give an answer to this?

I’ve been getting this error since last night - the system is not much use to me if I cannot access it

I have the same error message!

I’ve experienced the same problem. About two weeks ago I was getting the same error message… the problem cleared itself after two days. The challenge is that I use MiCasa to control the keypad lockset on a seasonal rental property, and I need to make sure the new access codes are reset for the incoming guest, and to check the time that the cleaning crew arrives.

Everything has been fine for the last two weeks… and this morning - the day our weekly rental changes guests… no signal available for me to check status.

Has anyone received a satisfactory answer regarding the cause of the problem?
Has anyone had the problem before, contacted customer service, and been able to eliminate the problem from happening again?

Thanks

Micasa support said there was a system issue and was corrected on their end. It has been 3 months now and my system has been working fine. The problem did not surface again.
