Even though it shows your sign in info on the vindvera.com tab try deleteing out the sign in info for findvera.com and then type it in again and it might work.
When you hit control is the only time it actually trys to connect to you vera box. All the other functions are part of the website. Does it show in the settings menu that the backups are happening everyday and are up to date? If so you know that the internet connection is working somewhat. I havn’t seen that exact error screen that you are getting but I have had some issues with remote access past .616 firmware in wi-fi client mode. It looks like you may need to submit a ticket for help.
