Enabling remote arming?

I have added the envisalink 3 installed and working. I can see it on the Eyez on website and it is in ready state. I have installed the DSC plugin maybe a month or so ago (UI5 and DSC Alarm Panel Plugin Version 0.38). All of my zones show up under devices, but not sure what to do next. I plugged in the IP address and port and that is when the zones all showed up. Alarm shows ready on partition 1 and I see all zones. When I hit arm, the status reads Remote arm is not enabled.

What I would like to do is set it up so I can control from MCV and also get alerts. I also have locks installed that are working great and would like to incorporate arming/disarming from locks. I think i am close just not sure what to check next.

So I read what I believe to be the wiki on the plug in and all seems to be working. I am sure I just dont know what I am doing. All seems to be working when I open the door, the ready status changes and when closed, the status goes right back to steady. When I click on Arm it message states Remote armis not enabled. Any thoughts on what I am missing? Thanks
