Empty frames in arcive FI8918

I cannot see my pictures in “arcive” or "my alerts. I only get empty frames with a red cros or a broken picture icon.
I have had the problem once before and it went back to normal.
It has bben working untill recently.
I have contacted support they say that it may bee a server problem and that I should change to ui7 (witch I would NOT like).
Anyone tryed this ?

I have been mailing about this problem with support for more than a month.
Tryed again last night.
THEY SOLVED IT.
I did not even get an answer from them.
Why should it take that long ?
I hope it lasts.
