Does anybody have experience with this model and Vera? It looks like a FosCam knock-off and the price is right at about $50

I looking at buying 2 for inside use and need the pan/tilt function to work. Basically so I can keep an eye on my dogs while at work. Right now I use the iOS app AtHome with a server and 4 webcams on my HTPC. I’d like to be able to view camera’s in Veramobile (iOS) and Authomation/Homebuddy (Android) instead. Not having to run the HTPC 24/7 would be an added bonus.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
