Easy way to reboot Vera secure via portal:
settings => net & wifi then click on reboot on the right pane towards the top
much easier than removing the battery from the unit

If it is inoperative (you got a “Down” alert), you will have to do the “press the reset button for 30 seconds” thing.

A down alert when you’re not home to press the button is the kicker. Get a wifi plug you can access remotely for those “It’s dead Jim” moments.
