Recreated my Dune device aswell… Worked fine.
If on Vera Lite (with latest firmware)… same for you?
Looking in my log after device was created looks like this:
grep DuneHD /var/log/cmh/LuaUPnP.log

SOLVED: Issue is when I download your files, they get corrupted, I need to download as plain text and then save as XML

Great that it’s working for you. Please report problems or if you’re missing any feature.
Will probably send it to market soon…

Hi, Thanks for the Dune Plugin, I wonder if you could add in On/Standby into it as I want to control (on / standby) the Dune from a trigger from a LightwaveRF wall switch. This is the last part of my Cinema setup I need to add to the scene. The switch already triggers the screen, Marantz Amp, projector and light levels.
I don’t think this can be done, as you also (AFAIK) can switch on the Dune via the Dune app

No you’ll have to use some IR module to turn on the dune player from vera.
plugin works great, use it mainly to switch on/off my harddrive connected to it based on the player state, saves me a 10W standbye

That is great. I use it to pause film when someone is calling and turn on lights when pausing film.
Here are the IR codes BTW

First time post on an old thread, but does anyone know if this works with UI7?
It appears to be working fine with UI7, though the control looks a bit messed up in the device list.
Nice little plugin, by the way. I have 3 Dune mediaplayers but this is the first time I came across the plugin.

Thanks for the response. The reason I ask is because in both UI5 and UI7, the Playback State does not return a value. I was hoping to set up lighting scenes depending on the playback state.

In case anyone else is interested in knowing, it works fine on my Dune TV 102 and 202, but I get no Playback State information on my Smart D1.

I haven’t touched this plugin in a long time. It was verified against the 202 model. They might have chnaged the API in Smart D1.

That appears to be the case. If I run http://<dune_ip>/cgi-bin/do?cmd=status from a browser, the TVs return a lot more information than the Smart when a blu-ray or dvd is playing. There’s nothing wrong on the plugin side, just the way IP Control was implemented on the Smart.
