I have a DSC 1864 connected with an IT-100. It worked previously but I had an issue where the Serial Ports were no longer recognized by the VERA. After a trouble ticket they seem to be working again. The DSC Alarm Panel sees the port, but nothing seems to be working. Where should I begin with troubleshooting? As near as I can tell everything seems to be correct, but something is obviously off.
