DSC Alarm pluggin with IT100, seem like no communication

I just installed the IT-100 on my MCV and after reading all the method (download the 7 files in luup or via the dsc pluggin) I still cant have information from my dsl alarm panel.
When I go in the Serial Port configuration, I see that it seem to be recognize because the value are the same as the tutorial.

But when I am suppose to see the zones or the clock on vera, nothing happens…

Can somebody help me ?
Thanks !

Test out your wiring by connecting up a PC in place of the Vera and use Putty (or Hyperterminal if you must) and see if you see anything coming from the DSC panel. You should see some gibberish characters. I can’t remember the baud rate but start at 4800 and work your way up.

If you don’t see anything, then check your serial wiring.

Default should be 9600 unless it is set to something else

To establish the baseline of where you are at.
You have:
Connected the IT100 to your panel.
Enrolled the IT100.
Connected the IT100 to your Vera (confirm how this is connected).
Allocated serial device to the DSC plugin.
Set the DSC plug to IT100.

Have you restarted the Vera since the the above was completed?
If not, reload Vera and what the status messages in the top centre.
