Does Vera ever re-use node IDs?

Does Vera ever re-use node IDs? I’ve been doing a lot of testing and re-configuring of my devices. Every time I exclude one and then re-include it, it gets a new ID, higher than any other. I’m up to 111. Since Z-wave is limited to 232 nodes, I’m afraid I’ll run out some day. When, if ever, does Vera start over on using unused, smaller node ID numbers?

Yes, it will increment until it hits the limit and will than use the id’s that are not in use.
