I have a FI9826 foscam and it work with vera but with many tweek.
Update your camera to the lastest firmware, you can access by
http://IP_ADRESS:88 (default password of admin is blank)
I’ve found than verra work betther with a user named “admin”. So, create a user for you to manage your camera and a user with visitor right call admin.
Next,
Try this adress, if you see a picture, you on your way!
http://IP_ADRESS:88/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=admin&pwd=YOUR_PASSWORD
In vera plus v1.7.1754
Install all app of Foscam.
