Yes, everything works fine under iOS 7 on my iPhone 5.

this does not work with alsteon!

It is up to the developer of the app to support 3rd party plugins. This goes for all apps. I would suggest you contact the developer to ask for support. With many plugins available it is very hard to support them all let alone time consuming.
