Would it be possible to send different VeraAlerts to different android phones?

I’m thinking about placing a few cheap android phones throughout the house and the idea would be to send audio notifications to the phones in the area of the house that the trigger may have occured…

Yes, of course, you can send as many alerts you want to as many devices you want in the actions of a single condition satisfied (or a scene).

The Vera Alerts Plugin supports this.
You will need to create multiple Vera Users - One for each logical destination.
Then when you specify a notification … you select the (pseudo) users that you want that event to be sent to.
