Did I Buy the Wrong Type?

Hi

Just got my Vera 2 and an appliance module to start playing around with home automation. I bought the Leviton HXP15 Plug-In Appliance Module…I think this isn’t compatible. since it is DHC Residential Powerline and doesn’t mention x10 or z-wave?

The HXP15 is a DHC device which is Levition’s X10 Line :wink:

I’ve noticed GE, Trane and Schlage z-wave enabled products in-stock, on the shelves at Lowes. Consider getting the GE Z-Wave Appliance/Fluorescent Light Module or Dimmer Module.

Thanks…I shouldn’t buy stuff before learning about it! ::slight_smile: Just learned X10 only works with Vera if you have the 2413U
