Did "add users" just stop working?

I suddenly can’t create new users. They don’t get added to “my users” screen, can’t log in using the entered info at home.getvera.com, but for some reason do show up under the notifications tab on each individual device.

Reboot didn’t help. Anyone else having issues?

Well, I can’t add any users. If I try and add a user by signing in, I always get as a response “Registration Failed” (no explanation)

I had managed to (once only) add a user using Vera Mobile, but that doesn’t show up under My Users. And anyway Vera Mobile can’t find my Vera and doesn’t offer any manual find.

I find all this really exhausting, irritating and it does my blood pressure no good at all!
