I have Vera Edge with five GE/Jasco in-wall receptacles. Only the receptacles that are within range of the Edge are communicating. The devices that are farther from the controller are not communicating, even though they are well within range of the working devices. I have swapped and replaced several devices, but the problem remains. The building is old and does not have earth ground wiring, so the green wires of the receptacles are not connected. Does anyone have experience of knowledge of this?
Have you performed a network heal? Vera uses this process to calculate and configure routes between nodes.
