Device waking up regularly, but not configuring

Hello,

As a followup to my previous post, the SP103 is definitely waking up, the “LastWakeup” timestamp is updating, but it still shows “Waiting for wakeup to configure device.”

The Wakeup time is set at 1800 seconds, and looking at the logs, it’s checking in on time.

I have nothing specifically configured, and the last configuration time showing is the UNIX Epoch time.

Any way to diagnose?

FWIW, my Vera is now out in the garage, less than 20 feet from the device, it’s not a communication issue, and the device is sending messages, the lights controlled by the Vera are coming on when the PIR trips…it’s just permanently waiting to be configured.

thanks

Kevni

push the tamper switch 3 times fast, that will wake it up long enough to configure, then go to advance tab and hit the configure node button

I have the same problem. Even if you force it to configure by manually waking it up the next heal, which happen every single night, brings back the unconfigured status.

As a workaround, I guess you could try disabling [tt]Automatically configure[/tt] on the device’s [tt]Settings[/tt] tab, after manually forcing the configuration.

Which Vera firmware version are you running; 1.5.408?
