just starting out here and after a few hours of working to upgrade my frimwear now im on the web page but it tells me data not loading? and help? running windows 7, could that be it?
Can you confirm that you have the correct ip address for the vera unit? Did you already upgrade the firmware or are you trying to upgrade the firmware? Try connecting your vera unit directly to computer via the network cable. Change the network settings of your computer to us ip address: 192.168.81.2 and point your browser to 192.168.81.1. Does the vera web page now load?
