There is a way to have schedule in dashboard with Day, start time_ stop time, temperature set point, Heating and cooling

I want to install a system for a church to control the HVAC Unit.
the have service and activity during the week. we do not know what day and hour the activity will be.
as soon as I know the day and Hour of the activity, I will schedule the HVAC to turn on and off for the day, and hour. ( just for the specify day and hour). as soon the activity is doing the HVAC unit will go to normal setting.
If I have to do it using the scene every time there are activity will be to complicate or will take more time to do it.
