Through another post and everyone’s replies, I’ve confirmed that I unfortunately cannot mix Leviton Zone Controller-style rocker buttons with Scene Controller-style flat buttons in a single controller. I want to install a Leviton 4-button Scene Controller w/Switch in my master bedroom. I would use the first button, of course, to switch the load in the master bedroom, one of the other buttons for the hallway, and the remaining two for scenes (probably All On and All Off, still TBD). The problem is that for the first two buttons, I can only get pre-printed buttons for “Bedroom” and “Hallway” in the Zone Controller button kit (i.e. the rocker-style buttons) and those won’t work in a Scene Controller. I don’t really want two unlabeled buttons in the controller, and I certainly don’t want to stick a tacky label on the button.
So my question…does anyone know if Leviton offers custom button printing? I tried sending a message through Leviton customer support, and they never responded. It would be great if Leviton would allow me to order buttons of a certain type with pre-printed labels of my choosing, although I realize it’s unlikely. It would also be great if I could just order the full kit of zone-controller pre-printed buttons on Scene Controller button types. Either way, I would just like to maintain the professional look of my installation.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t help me out much with the specific issue I indicated above - namely to get custom-engraved buttons for my Leviton 4-button Scene Controller (or, at the very least, to be able to order all the zone-button labels on the Scene-style buttons).
Thanks again, ASIHome. I actually have a good supply of blanks left over from my other scene controllers into which I installed the Leviton pre-printed buttons, so I’m good to go.
If it would be of any interest, I use a Brother labeler. They make clear plastic label tape that you can’t see, doesn’t ‘dirty up’ or fade and impervious to water if it does need to be cleaned. I use it myself and have used it in a few very well-to-do homes without complaint. I’m at one of the homes every couple months doing various things for them and the labels have held up as new since September of '08.(they also have two children)

Yep, got a similar response. They quoted me $3.75 per Scene Controller button + $5 return shipping. So overall a pretty good deal to get custom-labeled buttons IMO - $20 to do a complete 4-button controller.
I paid double that for a bag of Leviton pre-labeled buttons, most of which I will never use, and the ones I am using are not exactly the labels I would’ve preferred anyway. So I plan to use these guys for my future scene controller installations.
Sorry for reviving a VERY old thread…but has anyone used this company recently?
I’ve emailed them, but have yet to hear back on current costs, etc.
