I’m currently using zwve 3.20 and have tried pairing for hours. I’ve done various things found here in the forum like exclude include. This is my first zwave device and can’t seem to get it to pair. On the CT-100 I’ll touch the mate icon it will flash and the vera zwave is flashing within a foot of each other and nothing happens.
had the same trouble with vera lite…hit the (+) after mate it will flash and then press/hold the (+) again it will power off completely
