Creating a scene triggered by thermostat state or setpoint

I wonder if it is possible to create a scene triggered by a thermostat changing state from on to off. Or use the setpoint temperature as a value compared to ambient.

I need to control some rfxcom switches to turn on heaters with a scene so I can not use association.

Easy to do with PLEG …
You can use Device Property Inputs in PLEG to drive your Automation logic where the device does not provide a trigger that can be used in a Scene.
