CraftMade ceiling fan / light with Vera / Z-wave

Hi, I got several ceiling fans (with lights) in my house and I would like to z-wave enable them. I got both versions:

  1. The ceiling fan is hardwired to a wall switch to control fan speed / light on-off
  2. The ceiling fan is wireless controlled by a remote (http://www.craftmade.com/Craftmade-CXL-TCSPLUS-PB-Polished-Brass-Ceiling-Fan-Control.HTM)

Any suggestions how I can accomplish this project?
