cp.mios.com trying to log me in locally?

Yesterday, I was able to log in remotely to MiOS and click “Dashboard” to get in & control my stuff. Today, it seems when I click “Dashboard”, it’s trying to find my unit on a local network (because I get this text on the splash screen: “I am trying to connect to your unit using local network connection. Connecting to your unit, please wait …”) which, of course, fails with a 404 Not Found because I’m not at home… and I see this text:

“The requested URL /remote/1.1.1245-en/ was not found on this server.”

What’s going on?

I just tried, I get the same error.

I got a very quick flash of this text on the page before the 404 appears:

Notice: Undefined index: multilang_with_same_version in /var/www/vhosts/cp.mios.com/lib/site.inc.php on line 796

We just fixed this. A script didn’t get updated to the latest version and caused this.

On a side note: problems like this get solved faster by submitting a trouble ticket. Everyone in MCV checks the forum regularly but to make things faster, we recommend using the support feature.
