What’s up today? I keep getting this message on the website but my SQ Remote is having no trouble connecting. Vera severs having a bad day?

I’m getting Could not connect to MySQL server. errors when attempting to login via findvera.com (ra2) today as well. This is just a little over 24 hours from the original post made by bmairhead.

I don’t see many people complaining so perhaps it is intermittent, but it seems to be pretty constant to me.

And we’re back.

I might have to disable my SMS notification for my vera being down, so I’ve received several of these at various hours of the night when findvera’s servers experience difficulties, but have never had an issue my MY vera being down. :wink:

I’m having the same problem. I can login, but when I click on Control, I either get the ‘Could not connect to MySQL server.’ or I get the red ‘Communication error with your vera’ message. I have not been able to connect today at all. I have not received any SMS notifications though.

yeah I spoke too soon - it looks like it’s down again.

Ya, I’ve been shut out all day.

I’ve tried logging in several times today and got the “Could not connect…” message every time.

Had problems around 12 Eastern… was trying to check my house… it was working at 3 though…

The syadmins are looking into this. It seems like a problem with the MySQL server on ra2.

I have been getting this error again… Server problems on ra2 AGAIN?
