Corrupt house id

I’ve had a Veraplus working for many months. Came home from vacation to unresponsive unit, diagnosed it as out of storage. factory reset and updated the firmware, re-added the few zwave devices.

Now it says, “corrupt house id” at the top of the dashboard which when clicked leads to a list of alerts that doesn’t include anything about corrupt houses.
What does it mean? Do I ignore it?

if you haven’t already, I’d recommend raising a ticket with support and enabling remote access.
