Anybody tell me the correct way of powering down a Vera Plus without just pulling the plug?
Very disappointed that Vera plus is supplied without a user manual
Pull the plug.
You could also SSH into Vera and issue a halt -p command. That will shutdown the operating system, though it won’t actually power it off. The System on a Chip hardware has not power off capability.
Cheers,
I thought there may have been a button press like the Vera 3
Theres a “reboot” button in the Settings, Net & Wi-Fi section. I think it reboots the whole device…?
Reboot does not power down. It simply restarts the operating system.
As I already stated, there is no way to power Vera down, besides removing the power.
