I bought 15 of them, which i just received. Condition was perfect. Some still have the protective covering stickers on them.
Anyone know if you can disable the “rapid start” feature or set where the dimming level starts? I have a kitchen light with a dimmable led, but it is only a single lamp. The low end of dimming during the ramp on or off is at 100%. So it flashes bright and then ramps up to 100%. Then when turning off it dims down but then flashes to 100% for the last 3 levels.
Besides putting a resistive load on the line, defeating the purpose of the led, any ideas?

I have the exact same problem with a dimmable LED retrofit. I just got these switches and got them installed on some single fixture circuits.
I figured out a workaround for the ramping issue.
Since the load on the switch was too small to support the “lower” dimming levels, when turning the switch on or off, it would flash to 100% and then ramp up or down. To eliminate this issue, I got rid of the ramp by setting the custom variable setting (7) to 0. This makes the switch an “instant” on or off. You can still dim locally, and via the Vera if you like.
Here is the page I found the custom variables for:

I attached an image on how to set this up for the switch. Hope this helps!

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for!
Had the same issue using Cooper Aspire 9540N dimmers and Sylvania RT6 LED (10w) recessed replacement kits. Setting the #7 parameter to zero resolved the problem.
