Ok this should be easy but the mish mash of reference material from Vera makes this hard to find.
I’ve got a Cooper five scene switch and a leviton switche that actually turns the light off and on. How do I set up the two so that the Cooper knows when the light is on? Where would I find these instructions?
I think you’re going to want to try a couple of things. I am not sure what the Cooper scene controller support, but scene controllers typically operate another switch through an event in a scene in Vera, or use a ssociations between the two to operate/monitor a switch.
People here have had luck with associaitions between Levition SC and GE switches, I believe, so you might be in luck. Otherwise, you’ll at least get some functionality doing the scene’s event tab set up. The scene monitors the state of the scene controller buttons and when one is pressed, this is the event, then something is set to happen (aka LR light turns on/off).
