Cooper Aspire Accessory Slave

After following the steps posted on the wiki site describing how to associate a slave switch to a master switch I’m experiencing what I would consider a bug in the system. My problem is I have a cooper aspire master switch controlling garage lights. I also have a Cooper aspire Accessory Slave switch near the outside door. I have the proper association group created on the slave switch and its associated to the master switch. When I operate the slave switch it will properly control the master switch without issue. However, when I use the master switch it never updates the slave switch’s status. The problem is the slave switch never gets updated and doesn’t know the status of the garage lights. So on the slave switch I need to hit it once to turn it on and the last to turn it off since the slave switch status was never updated from the master when the lights were turned on from the master. My thought is there should be something I need to configure on the master to make sure it updates the slave switch. Any thoughts on this would be great!!!
