I’m trying to move my system to run on veraEdge now but ran into some issues with backup/recovery.
Whenever i try to restore my network from backup it doesn’t pull the devices. Actually i think it did once but they all disappeared after half minute. Am i doing something wrong here?

I’m going to settings-backup-upload-restore.[/quote]
What instructions are you following. I know in the past you couldn’t do a simple restore as the software and the Z-wave chip are different (Z-wave Plus) so there was more steps involved. Have you searched the forum for a good set of instructions on the change over?

I guess I didnt have my controllers close enough so the devices will copy.
I got them right next to one another & now all my devices are copied, hovwever they all shown as “Cant Detect Device”
I left it sitting for a day thinking that controller will pick them up but no luck. Is there anyway i can fix this without reconstructing the entire network?
