control led strip

Hi,
I’m trying to controll a DC led strip throug a (PIR) motion sensor . Picture see attached.
Any ideas on how to do this?

Thanks in advance,
Herman

I’m not clear on how you’re controlling the lights now. There is a Magic Home controller on Amazon that might work, but you need a way to power it. If you have AC, this is trivial. The controller has an 802.11B/C/N chip and a mobile phone interface (Android or iPhone). Once you configure it with your phone, there’s a Vera app that interfaces to the controller and works well. Once you’ve got Vera talking to the lights and to the motion detector, it’s routine to create a scene that does this.

Here’s a link to one of several vendors selling the Magic Home LED controller: https://www.amazon.com/Light-key-Wireless-controller-changing-Android/dp/B076DYH7RL/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1533049435&sr=8-3&keywords=magic+home+led+controller

I’d use the motion sensor and an in box switch relay such as this one with a scene that tells the lights to come on when the motion sensor is triggered.
