Connecting to hub via 4 G

Unable to connect to system unless I am on home network. No connection when I turn off wi fi. Have not changed any settings. Help

Only able to connect using app. Unable to connect via the regular web site. (says its offline)

Are we talking about a VeraSecure with 3G/4G backup enabled? or another method of 4G connectivity?
