I have several Scenes that play a sound when the doors/Windows are opened. About once a week the Trigger goes from device to manual trigger. Anyone have any idea how to stop this from happening?
I have noticed that when I remove a device from the system all of the triggers using that device go to manual. Is this device somehow being removed orrrr maybe the system thinks it is removed by losing signal?
If the device is stable obviously this should not be happening. You can always call them after it happens to see if they can figure out why.
The triggers can also disappear if the device(s) that have been used as a trigger is getting a different ID number.
