I have been running .980 for a couple of months, but yesterday decided to update to a newer version. That went fine, but now that I want to revert to .980, I did a restore from a backup file, but I get a communication error when setting up Vera on my home network. I must be forgetting some little detail but I haven’t been able to figure out what it is. Anybody have an idea?
The last time I did that, I used the ASUS Firmware tool to roll me back to the “fresh” image and then applied the Backup to get my settings back. I didn’t use any of Vera’s built-in Firmware flashing options (just in case)
How did you get back to the older Flash file?
Actually the easiest thing to do is double click the black button on the back (FAST). Then restore your back up!
