clicks on command but no action

Gday guys

Have just installed a micro motor controller to see if it will work on my roller blinds, it installs fine but keeps saying: looking for manufacturer.

I tried the open and close functions from the vera 3 log in online and get a click sound but the motor does not engage. The motor is a 4 wire and is wired as per this article online

Anything obvious we have done wrong, thanks in advance

Have you tried putting a multimeter or test poles across N and O1 and O2 and activating the device, you should get 240v across the terminals for a few moments.
