Capabilities string decoding?

Does anyone know what the letter codes in the left-hand side of the “Capabilities” string translate to? For instance, here are some strings from a few of my devices:

kwikset lock: 82,220,0,4,64,3,R,B,RS,W1,|32S,76S,78S:2,98S,99S,112S,113S:1,114S,117S,128S,133S,134S,139S,152S,
GE45604: 210,156,0,4,16,1,L,R,B,RS,|37,39,114,115,117,119,134,
Intermatic CA3000: 201,12,0,4,16,1,L,R,RS,|37,39,114,115,133,134,145,

The string I care about is the portion bolded. I think “B” means beam support, and “RS” means “Routing slave”, but what about the “L”, “R” and "W1? If I had to take a stab in the dark, I would think “L” meant lighting, and “R” had something to do with routing, but does anyone know for sure?

I do think these are decodes of some of the bits in the first 6 bytes (which are part of Z-Wave; i.e. the letters/decodes don’t add any information). [tt]L[/tt], [tt]R [/tt]and [tt]W1[/tt] might refer to the bits that identify listening, routing and wake-up-interval (for devices that require beaming), respectively. (In addition to the ones already mentioned.)

Perhaps @mcvflorin can confirm.

I am really curious to know as well. I don’t think “L” means lighting since it appears on my Honeywell Thermostat:
211,156,0,4,8,6,L,R,B,RS,|32,39,49,64:2,66,67,68,69,114,133,134,

This link explains most of the numbers but not the letters:
