Can't see notifications in Vera - Envisalink 3 panel DOES show them. HELP

Folks I have a DSC 832 with the 5010 panel. I have installed the Envisalink 3 and am trying to see the notifications in my UI7 Vera 3.

I can see notifications when I connect to the Envisalink directly.

But my Envisalink TPI status shows OFFLINE No Client.
