Can't pair GE Dimmer with my new Vera Lite ...

Hi all,

My apologize in advance if this is somewhat off topic but this is the best thread I could find …

I just bought a VeraLite.

The prior owner of the house already installed Zwave GE Dimmer Light switches all over the house.

I found an instructional video on Youtube that said I should “unpair” these switches. I did that. The orange light on the Veralite changed light patterns when it was “unpaired” - it flickered rapidly for a few seconds.

I then (as instructed) hit the “+” button on the Veralite, and tried to pair the Light switches, but I did not get the same light pattern change.

I logged in to UI and sure enough the Light switches had not been paired.

What should I do?

I should add (if relevant) that the Dimmer is model number ZW 3001-WCS.
