Can't pair Cooper RF9540

I have a Cooper RF9540 that I recently installed. It seems that this may have been initially paired with my old Vera.

I can’t seem to pair it with my VeraPlus.

Any tips? I tried the exclusion, but it won’t exclude, and I have to add it as a generic device because the 9540 doesn’t show up in the wizard.

The generic template is fine. I believe you have to double tap to exclude. Just go through the include/exclude process and press the button on the switch multiple times, it should go though unless you have a bad switch.

Tried the double tap but that didn’t seem to work. Hm.

How can I exclude it, when it’s not paired with the current hub?

When the include fails in the Vera UI it will then walk you through an exclude.

Yeah, that’s the thing… I go through that process, but it doesn’t exclude…
