Can't get AD2USB to send commands to Vista 15P

Hi. New to Vera. Trying to get my Vera3/AD2USB/ADT Vista 15P to communicate but having problems. I can read/write to the AD2USB via terminal and Mac GUI (set keypad address 19 and reboot AD2USB). I can also read “ready/disarmed” from the Vista panel via GUI and Vera plugin. However, I can’t the panel to accept (or even refuse) any commands sent from the AD2USB. Any thoughts?

Additionally, if I query the keypad nearest my panel (holding keys 1 and 3) it returns a keypad address of “dE”. Could this be causing an issue? Thanks.

The issue with your keypad is that the 1 and 3 have to be held with in seconds of the keypad powering on. Pop the keypad off the wall, unscrew the negative terminal (usually black wire), plug it back in and hold 1 & 3. This should give you the correct address.
