Cant Find second Mios to bridge

I cant find my second Mios device on either vera device i am trying to bridge. My network is not blocking anything all ports are open and all firewalls are down. when i click on add upnp device Vera finds everything ont he network from my PC to my router, but not the other vera (same thing on the other end). Also what should it say? MioS engine->add?

They are connected on switchports on my router.

Can I add the other vera manually?

This is issue is definitely related to http://micasaverde.com/vera2 is not working.

All I have done is power up the VERA, go to its IP address, run the wizard (i only added 1 z-wave device) then I went to the dashboard and changed it to bridged mode and turn WiFi off.

I logged into https://cp.mios.com/ and seems like both VERAs are there and I can connect to them from the ivera app on the iphone

UPDATE: if i scan the network for devices from my laptop, the veras do not show. But if I change the NET&Wifi settings to (automatic) instead of (vera is a switch), the veras show in windows network discovery for about 10 seconds then their gone

Sometime ago, I connected 2 Veras. The only way I get the discover work is connect one of them directly to the other Vera, either with ETH port or wireless.
