When I did a factory reset to my VeraEdge, it stopped working. :-\
I’ve serched this forum and tryed all. All lights are lit on the controler…
Does anyone have some thoughts?

Hi da1901,
If you did a factory reset then your unit needs to be reassigned to your account. If your light are lit, then your unit must be ok. Did you tried to connect locally, via IP?

try direct connection (computer ethernet port to edge ethernet) after first setting up network connection on computer with router/gateway=192.168.12.23, computer ip=192.168.12.100, mask=255.255.255.0
I just recently had vera tech support look at my system and that’s how they were able to reach my edge (running U17, latest firmware 1.7.1569).
Everywhere else in forum said direct connect with 192.168.81.1 but seems different for edge at least at this firmware level
