Cant add devices to veralite

Today for some reason I am unable to add devices to my veralite. I havent made any changes. My firmware is 1.5.622 .

Any thoughts on how I can get things working again

update: i looked in z-wave settings and the unit is shown a:

Role - Slave SIS:NO PRI:NO

Is this correct? I only have one unit so shouldnt this be master. I have done a chip reset but nothing has happend.

It needs to be Master in order to add devices. Is there a resent working backup that you can use?

unfortunately no back up. I tried a chip reset. No luck.

Can I ask how to contact support. Is there an email address or form I need to complete?

You may also want to allow them remote access via the Tech Support tab on the account page of your Vera.
