cant access to my vera plus.

Hi, i have problem to logging into my vera plus.
I see the status connection ok I press connection and after that I get message ?Luup engine is taking longer to reload.?

On vera I have 4 led on ( power, internet, wifi, service) but
z-wave, zigbee, bt leds are OFF.

can somebody help me ?
