can't access device after firmware update

I had a bad feeling about this. I purposely skipped the last update and been holding out on this recent one. After reading a lot of success stories I decided to go ahead and update the firmware. Well once again, I got screwed. After about 20 minutes into the updates, I pulled the plug and now I’m no longer able to access the device. Blue,Orange, Green lights are all solid.

factory reset the device did the trick for me

This is pretty shitty, I went to restore the configuration from both a local backup as well as the online backup and both cases got errors that my backup are corrupted. I can get any app based device back but none of my hardware device came back. I tried to restore with the oldest backup I had but still no luck. Sent vera an email since yesterday no respond. Tried calling but no luck getting a live person all morning.
