Cannot Upgrade: Error: no session token

Hello All,

My Vera is working fine. However, I recently received an email notifying me that I should upgrade from U16 to U17. However, whenever I click on the Upgrade button next to my controller after going to home.getvera.com, I receive the following error:

An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please try again later!
Error: no session token

I am able to login to my controller just fine, I just cannot upgrade it? How do I resolve this or work around it?

Clear cookies and cache on the browser, reboot the vera. If it still doesn’t work try a support ticket.
