Cannot see plugin controls on Android app

Hi guys,

I am a new to Vera, I have a Vera Edge, one Z-Wave Danfloss radiator valve. Via plugins some lightwaverf gear (With RFXcom usb transceiver) and Logitech Squeezebox units.

Via the Webpage interface on a PC or android web browser I can see the controls for the radiator valve and all the lightwaverf controls as well as the Squeezebox controls.
All looks good and everything works!

But if I try and use the Official Android app I cannot see the controls for anything thing that comes via plugins, I can see the name of the device…but nothing else?
I also tried using ImperiHome (Direct mode), basically the same issue, the devices via plugins have no controls.

Am I missing something fundamental? Any ideas?

Hi,

I’m afraid your not missing a thing. App lacks support for almost every plugin.
I also use the web interface to use my multiswitches and control my Philips hue lights or Logitech Harmony.

Any third party Apps that support plugin controls?
Be nice to have a decent interface for a permanent tablet in the house.

The way to get round this us have each plugin action triggered by a manually activated scene.

Then on your app call the scene.

I did this with imperihome and now with tasker

For my permanent tablet i use tasker plug-ins and widgets to control my Vera.
