Cannot save my settings

The “WAN” light was blinking fast on my vera3. I connected a computer to one of the LAN ports and set the ip to suit my network. When I click on the “Red Save Button” in the top right hand corner, I get the following message: “This feature is not enabled. You need to upgrade to the ‘Professional Home Automation’ option”.
What does this mean?

Have you power cycled Vera? Power cycling usually resolves this issue.

Though it is rare, there was a post about this same issue only a week ago. I don’t know what causes it.

I power cycled a few times. I even left if off overnight, all to no avail. The WAN light is still flashing, and I can’t connect to the internet to do an upgrade.
